Defrosting

Half of the last bag of frozen green beans from last season went into a salad of millet, white beans, peas (from the farmer's market, I didn't grow enough) and toasted walnuts with a walnut oil and thyme vinegar vinegrette. This years' crop is just trickling in but I'm holding out hope for late summer. Also shown are vases of flowering dill and arugula.
