The closed nasturtiums on the plate are filled with a dollop of local goat cheese mixed with my chives and salt. Our new favorite appetizer! They are beautiful and delicious, and I have nasturtiums coming out my ears right now, so it's nice to add them to the so far slow-cool-summer harvest.
